Set up precast concrete manufacturing facility near the worksite to manufacture sound absorptive wall panels and prestressed posts. Because we were able to locate an abandoned building, install overhead cranes and batch plants, we were able to manufacture and deliver 950,000 square feet of sound wall in 1 year, which saved significant time on the schedule.
