Design, manufacture and deliver the following:

• RECO-MSE Walls – 280,000 square feet, with precast concrete half-connectors and coping
• Sound Walls – 390,000 square feet of precast concrete sound walls with brick finish
• Single-face traffic barrier – 10,000 linear feet of precast concrete single-face traffic barrier
